The reality of our inheritance in Christ is about to be powerfully revealed. This is the same inheritance we have tried in vain to grasp, to own, to read like a contract and to walk in like one who is entitled, desiring to consume it on our flesh. This is our identity to Him, and as it is defined by Him, we must surely with all respect and adoration remain in Him. The powerful presence of the Lord will be seen in those who honor Him. This powerful inheritance isn't something you take, it is the love of a Father that begets love, and an honor that begets honor in a grateful heart that runs deep. It is a gift given. It is your salvation. It is your invitation to sit at His table, and as His child, to sup with Him.
