Flying Notes .. with strings

I went to lay down in the bed

And began to see

Notes flying around in my head

I began praying asking the Lord

To cut all the strings

To all the things that was burdening Me

He began showing Me

It is my desire Not to control

Nor of my time to withhold

But to speak out and to be bold

So there are no lies to be told

I could feel the words coming together

They seem to be light as a feather

Oh Father God

I know things will get better

The season is changing

And I do know it is not the weather

Help me to prepare

For all that I see

With the changes that are happening in Me

The thoughts are seeming to slow

I am going to lay down

To continue to let the Father show

All that He has to say to me here…
Concerning the ones that I hold dear ..

I need to understand and be quite clear

On just what is happening here…

For my conversation with the Holy one

As I continue to seek His Son

Note: Thinking about the lion from the lion King... the mean old lion Mustafa is like the devil roaming around to see whom he can devour .. plotting and planning .. evil against us ... Tasteless Salt Is Worthless

I needed this .. I need to apply more salt .. When life takes a bitter step .. we can always..allow the Lord to correct .. Salt is my word for the day .. :) when life bubbles up and over over and makes a mess.. sprinkle salt from the Lord to correct ..

Mark 9:49-50

⁴⁹ “For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt.50 Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another.”


Note: A friend had a wonderful post about being a salty witness .. Challenged me to add more salt .. Had a wonderful word from the Lord... As I took a break .. I visited with my daughter's family .. spent quality time with the Henry & Hannah .. My daughter got to spend some quality time with her hubby .. I had a good visit with my mother  .. Got to go to church with them both .. Was so good to sit in my daughters Sunday School class.. and listen to her teach .. and then sit with my mother in Church service .. Sometimes we need to step away.. to listen and hear what the Lord would say .. Trusting in His Amazing Grace.. as I continue to seek His face ... As He makes... corrections in me.. It is not about you or about me.. but the Glory of the Lord... He is a lamp unto my feet .. Psalms 119: 105  Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path. .. My husband said.. follow your heart ... hummm .. my head wanted to get in the way .. I am glad my heart won ...
